IMMEDIATE REPAIR NEEDS
We currently have three Seniors in immediate need of safety issue home repairs.
One is a disabled widow in her late 60s whose exterior stairs are rotten from water leakage caused by a gap in the rain gutter on an older mobile home. These stairs present a health hazard and need to be rebuilt along with a new rain gutter.
Another of our Seniors is a widow in her early 60s who has serious plumbing problems and also needs floor repairs due to past leaking plumbing issues. Her outside stair and porch are dangerous and the wood is rotten.
The third situation is a couple is their mid 80s. Trash and old building materials litter their yard and is definitely a safety hazard and will attract unwanted pests such as rodents, roaches, snakes and bees and is also a fire hazard.
